With her experience as a Certified Financial Planning Practitioner, she also handles the business aspect of the company. And, as her nickname, "the party girl" indicates, she enjoys creating spectacular events. Monica’s talent in organization and leadership has created a skilled team that is sure to make each event as Grand as you would expect from the most prestigious caterers. Her thorough attention to detail and her passion for food brings success and great taste to your events. Since opening for business in 1998, Monica has developed A Grand Affaire into a finely tuned catering service. |

His background in restaurants and employment recruiting provide you with a knowledgeable, professional and friendly service staff team. Moe Gribble, Sales and Operations Manager
As the Sales and Operations Manager for A Grand Affaire, Moe does a little bit of everything. From hiring new employees, to managing events, and creating sales proposals. She makes it her goal to personally connect with each client she works with. With a background in customer service and promotions, giving each client the star treatment is what makes the job fun for her. Whether you want party platters or full service catering, Moe will tend to your needs professionally and promptly. She especially enjoys sampling the chef’s food on a daily basis to ensure that the client is getting nothing but the best. Yum! Moe has been with A Grand Affaire since 2007 and looks forward to many, many more Grand Affaires with you! |
